Muscat: People who have been infected with COVID-19 and haven't completed six months since the infection are allowed to take only one dose of the vaccine, the Ministry of Health (MOH), said.
"If a person is infected with Covid-19 and 6 months or more have passed since the infection, two doses of the vaccine should be taken, and if less than six months since the infection, only one dose should be taken," MOH said in a statement.
MOH added that when a person wishes to travel before six months have passed since the infection, two doses of the vaccine can be taken, provided that proof of the travel destination’s request is presented."
