Environment Authority begins wild plants project in Oman

Muscat: The Environment Authority has launched the first phase of a project to collect, scatter and plant seeds of wild plants in Dhofar Governorate.

A statement issued online by the Environment Authority said: "Today, the first phase of a project to collect, scatter and plant seeds of wild plants in the Governorate of Dhofar was launched, with the participation of a number of local community members, volunteer teams and employees of the Directorate General of Environment in the governorate."
