Movement of trucks to be stopped on this road in Oman

Muscat: The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology on Tuesday issued a decision to stop the movement of trucks on the Sohar-Yanqul road, whose tonnage exceeds seven tons.

“The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology issues a decision to stop the movement of trucks on the Sohar-Yanqul road, “Wadi Hibi”, whose tonnage exceeds seven tons, as of November 1,” MTCIT said in a statement.

This decision comes to smooth traffic and reduce traffic accidents, and these trucks can use the alternative dual roads to travel between the Governorates of North Al Batinah and Al Dhahirah.
