United Finance Company appoints a new leadership team  to drive its transformation initiatives

Headquartered in Muscat, United Finance Company, a leading financial services provider, embarked on a transformation program in late 2021 with an objective to redefine what financial lending companies should be.

A critical part of this transformation relies on leadership, foresight, and direction, realized through a newly appointed Omani leadership team who brings a wealth of banking and other industry knowledge and expertise to the organization.

The team is led by United Finance’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Nasser Al Rashdi. He assumes the role of directing and executing the company’s overall strategy in becoming a prominent and digitally-enabled financial services company.

Other members include Mr. Abdul Aziz Aal Abdulsalam, who assumes the role of Chief Transformation Officer and has over 18 years of regional experience across multiple industries, with a strong focus on transformation. Mr. Fawaz Al Riyami joins the C-suite team as United Finance’s Chief Business Officer with a 15-year experience gained from multiple banks in Oman,  together with Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Mahrizi as Chief Operating Officer who adds over 21 years of local and international banking experience to the team. In addition to Mr. Mahmood Al Hadi AGM – HR and Admin with over 25 year’s experience in the organization.  

United Finance has embarked on a deep transformation covering every aspect of its operations - from people, technology, operational standards, products, and services to its marketing and communications. With its senior team now established, the process of transformation is set to capture opportunities further.

The board has expressed its ambitions and trust in the new management team and everyone in the organization to continue United Finance Company’s journey of evolution.
