Muscat: Within the context of Royal attention of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to students at government schools from social insurance and low-income families, the Ministry of Finance has endorsed the approved sums in coordination with the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Social Development.
The step aims to provide school supplies right from the start of the school year, in addition to daily nutrition for students from the two above-mentioned segments.
May the Almighty Allah protect His Majesty the Sultan and guard him as a source of pride for this dear homeland. May He grant Oman further progress and prosperity under His Majesty’s wise leadership.
More than 59,000 students benefited from the Royal directive issued by His Majesty the Sultan to support the students of social security families and limited income.
The Ministry of Education values the high attention of His Majesty to students of government schools from social security families and people with limited income, by directing the adoption of the funds necessary to work on providing school supplies and daily food, as the number of beneficiaries reaches (59,030) male and female students from all the governorates of Oman.
