Police arrest three expats, citizen across Musandam Governorate

Muscat: In separate cases, the police have arrested a citizen on charges of vandalism, and seized a boat carrying three smugglers of foreign nationality in possession of large quantities of alcohol across Musandam Governorate, said the Royal Oman Police (ROP).

Musandam Governorate Police Command arrested a citizen on charges of vandalising a number of vehicles in various places in the Wilayat of Khasab. ROP said the legal procedures against him are underway.

In another incident, Coast Guard police boats, led by Musandam Governorate police, managed to seize a boat carrying three smugglers of Asian nationality in possession of more than 1,200 cans of alcohol, and the legal procedures are being completed against them.
