Oxy Oman sponsors Oman Road Safety forum

Muscat: Oxy Oman recently announced its sponsorship of the Oman Road Safety Forum, an event that aimed to bring together industry professionals to exchange knowledge, discuss challenges, and showcase advancements in road safety regulations.

The one-day forum, organized by OPAL (Oman Energy Association), was held at Crowne Plaza Qurum and brought together attendees from various sectors in the industry. Hassan Al Ajmi, Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at Oxy Oman attended as a representative of the company and gave a keynote speech at the forum.

The forum introduced discussions on the 2nd edition of the Road Safety Standard, a framework widely followed by industries. Additionally, the event held panel discussions with industry experts on road safety strategies and goals to enhance collaboration in the field.
