We all know the umpteen health benefits of Bananas. Here is a recipe for those who can't go a day without having curry.
Ingredients:
2 large unripe bananas, peeled
3 -4 Tbsp vegetable oil
¼ tsp ground cumin
1 dried red chilli ( broken )
½ tsp ground turmeric
Salt, to taste
Method:
Cook the bananas in a steamer. Remove and dice into small pieces. Set aside.
In a pan, heat the oil.
Add the dried red chilli and the bananas.
Sauté for 3-4 minutes .
Season with turmeric and cumin.
Stir for another 2 minutes.
Add the salt and continue cooking, stirring until the mixture gets sticky. Remove from heat and serve hot.
