Oman's ambassador presents credentials as permanent representative at Organization of Islamic Cooperation

Jeddah: Sayyid Najib Hilal Al Busaidi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, today presented his credentials as the Sultanate of Oman's Permanent Representative to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Sayyid Najib presented his credentials in Jeddah during a reception held by Samir Bakr Diab, OIC's Assistant Secretary General for Palestine and Al-Quds (who undertakes the tasks of the OIC Secretary-General).

The meeting discussed means of consolidating relations between the Sultanate of Oman and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, in addition to other matters of common interest.

The meeting was attended by Salim Mohammed Al Busaidi, Consul-General of the Sultanate of Oman in Jeddah and Saif Said Al Shammali, Deputy Head of the Mission.
