
Muscat – Marriott International proudly celebrated its annual Global Customer Appreciation Week in Oman, uniting six of its distinguished hotels to honor and express gratitude to valued partners and guests. The flagship event was hosted at the JW Marriott Hotel Muscat, joined by Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, W Muscat, Sheraton Oman Hotel, and Aloft Muscat.
This year’s theme, Marriott Bonvoy Travel Shapes Us, highlights the transformative power of travel to connect cultures, inspire communities, and enrich lives. The celebration underscored Marriott’s commitment to building lasting relationships with its partners while showcasing the diverse hospitality experiences across its portfolio in Oman.
The event featured a grand reception at the JW Marriott Hotel Muscat featuring top notch entertainment, culinary experiences and interactive activities highlighting each hotel’s offerings. This celebration was a collaborative participation from six iconic Marriott properties, each reflecting their unique brand identity and hospitality excellence, designed to recognize and thank Marriott’s loyal customers and partners for their continued trust and support.

Demonstrating this commitment, the Sales & Marketing team from Muscat Marriott Hotels collaborated with local government authorities to organize a beach-cleaning campaign at Ghubrah Beach.
This initiative served as the culminating event of Customer Appreciation Week, reinforcing Marriott’s pledge to sustainability and community engagement while creating a positive impact beyond hospitality.
