Muscat: As part of its ongoing efforts to empower young people and develop their skills in technical, innovative and entrepreneurial spheres, the Youth Center is implementing a number of quality programmes this month (January 2026).
Key components in the drive include “Microsoft Power BI and AI” programme, which seeks to enhance young people's abilities in data analysis and applications of artificial intelligence (AI), and “Youth Centre Programmes Lab”, which encourages young people to propose programmes and activities that suit their choices.
The Youth Centre will also launch a “Youth Challenges” series in collaboration with Active Oman, a field experience for young people to learn the basics of archery in a safe and enjoyable manner.
Other activities include a training programme on sustainable solutions in the fields of water desalination and renewable energy, in addition to a programme on 3D concrete printing technology that enables young people to acquire practical knowledge and skills in engineering design and modern construction technologies.
