Al-Rawahi wins 4th round of Jordanian Nation Rally

Amman: Young Omani driver Abdullah Al-Rawahi added another title to his impressive carrier in local Jordanian rally victories after winning the fourth round of the Jordan National Rally. He dominated the day's competition, leading the rally from start to finish, ahead of second-place finisher Bader Al-Fayez and his co-driver Joseph Mattar, and third-place finisher Shaker Juwaihan and his co-driver Mustafa Juma.

Al-Rawahi and his Jordanian co-driver Atta Al-Hamood, driving a Skoda Fabia R5, delivered a strong performance on relatively new and challenging stages, far from the Dead Sea stages.

These semi-desert stages were speedy and difficult terrain. Al-Rawahi achieved fast times in each of these stages, securing a significant lead over the rest and ultimately winning the local title.

Regarding race and first place, champion Abdullah Al-Rawahi confirmed that the race was behind the rest of the previous local races and had rough parts and new stages, but they were fast at the same time. Thank God we were able to win the fourth title of the national rally.

He added that our participation in this race is important for us, as it is to continue preparing for the upcoming events, the first of which is the International Rally of Lebanon, as well as to get used to the car and the possibility of developing it in each participation.
