PEIE’s training, career planning skills course starts

Muscat: A three-day training course highlighting the required skills to identify training needs and career planning, started on Sunday at the Knowledge Oasis Muscat.
The training is organised by Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (PEIE) in cooperation with Kuwait-based Arab Planning Institute.
Moderated by Dr Fahd Al Fadhala of Arab Planning Institute, the course aims at highlighting methods used in planning that positively reflects on the employees’ performance and efficiency in the organisations.
The course also underscores the mechanisms used to analyse and identify training needs, and the impact of training planning on the individuals.
It should be noted that the course comes is in line with PEIE’s training plan to develop skills and capabilities of employees from the various estates and local factories and firms.
