His Majesty Sultan Qaboos issues four Royal Decrees

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said yesterday issued four Royal Decrees as follows:
Royal Decree No. 48/2016 establishes a national training fund and promulgates its system of functioning.
Article (1) states that a fund to be named National Training Fund shall be established and that it shall have a legal entity and enjoy financial and administrative autonomy. The system (bylaw) attached to this Decree shall apply to this fund.
Article (2) stipulates that the Chairman of Board of Directors of the National Training Fund shall issue the regulations and decisions necessary for the implementation of provisions of the attached system after they are approved by the board of directors. Article (3) cancels all that contradicts this Decree and the attached system or contravenes with their provisions.
Article (4) says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. 49/2016 appoints a chairman for the National Training Fund.
Article (1) appoints Dr. Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Rumhy as Chairman of the National Training Fund.
Article (2) says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and takes effect from its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. 50/2016 establishes an implementation and follow-up support unit.
Article (1) states that a unit to be called the Implementation and Follow-up Support Unit shall be established and that it shall report to the Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court.
Article (2) stipulates that the Implementation and Follow-up Support Unit shall have a legal entity, enjoy financial and administrative autonomy and have the capacity to own fixed and moveable assets, manage them and expend them.
Article (3) states that the System (bylaw) of the Implementation and Follow-up Support Unit shall be promulgated by Royal Decree.
Article (4) says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
Royal Decree No. 51/2016 appoints a chairman for the Implementation and Follow-up Support Unit.
Article (1) appoints Dr. Khamis bin Saif bin Hamoud Al Jabri as Chairman of the Implementation and Follow-up Support Unit, with a Minister’s Grade.
Article (2) says that this Decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced on its date of issue.
