Where is The Pearl Muscat Located?
The Pearl Muscat project is located in Seeb in the boulevard area currently being developed by Muscat Hills Golf & Country Club adjacent to Muscat Hills in Madinat Al Irfan, near to the Bank Muscat head office and Seeb International Airport.
What sets The Pearl apart from other flats in Muscat?
The design. We took everything into consideration, from creating constant air flow around the building and internal blocks to prevent heat choke in the summer, to ensuring plentiful natural night, to the use of superior finishes and luxurious fittings. What is your favourite building amenity?
The fitness facilities, which include separate swimming pools for kids and adults and a jogging track in and around swimming pool areas.
What is your favourite feature of the flats themselves?
Again it comes down to design. The flats have well-planned layouts allowing for proper furniture and fittings, and high-end finishes like bigger two leaf wooden doors, superior in-built white kitchen appliances including the fridge, dishwasher, and micro-wave oven. And the superb view that the tenants will enjoy is spectacular.
Who did you have in mind when you built The Pearl?
We imagined a diverse clientele, considering all nationalities and types of people, which is why we have 44 different flat options available for everyone from young, first-time buyers to larger families.
