Intermittent rain expected for some parts of Oman

Muscat: It's drizzling in Dhofar and parts of Muscat have some low-lying cloud, according to weathermen.

There are low-level clouds over Sharqiya, Al Wusta and parts of Muscat and Al Dahkiliya, while the coastal and mountains areas of Dhofar may experience intermittent drizzle as a result of cloudy skies, according to the Public Authority for Civil Aviation (PACA).

Chances of early morning low-level cloud or fog patches will pepper the Arabian and Oman sea coast. Al Khasab set to be the warmest place in the country at 38 degrees, Masirah is cloudy at 26 degrees and Salalah at 25 with expected drizzle.

Sea winds predicted to be light to moderate during the day and night along the coastal areas of Oman, while along coastal areas of the Arabian Sea the winds will be moderate to light. The sea state in the Arabian Sea is expected to be rough compared to Oman and Musandam sea which is expected to be slight.
