Ingredients
• 1/2 cup sesame seeds
• 3 dates
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup jaggery
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
Preparation
Soak the sesame seeds in water for 1 to 3 hours. Add sesame seeds, dates, milk, jaggery cardamom powder into blender, blend until smooth. Serve chilled sesame seeds juice with ice cubes (If you don’t like biting into chunks of sesame seeds then you can strain the juice before serving).
Note:
If you don’t like dairy you can skip milk, dates also optional. Instead of milk you can add water.
