Robot can provide services and guidance

The robot was developed to provide necessary services and guidance in stores and public facilities, according to Japanese electronics giant Hitachi. The 90cm (35 inches) robot has a remote brain and it can approach people in stores and public facilities who require assistance. Hitachi will start sales of the new robot by 2018.
