Muscat: Belltel has taken a step forward in its collaboration with Samsung Gulf Electronics and opened a new and improved Samsung-authorised service centre with state-of-the-art facilities in the heart of Muscat.
The centre, located in Ruwi will bolster Samsung’s presence in Oman and provide fast and improved after-sales support for Samsung's growing lineup of mobile devices.
The revamped 40-square-metre facility will support Samsung’s commitment towards integrated connectivity between its products and services in addition to ensuring that all customer service needs are met in a timely manner. It also features a dedicated repair and parts area on the first floor. Moreover, two highly-trained staff members help support consumers' desire to seamlessly connect their devices and ensure they get the most out of Samsung's offerings.
On this occasion, Aditya Narang, the general manager of Belltel said: “Our prime objective of modernising our facility is to surprise and delight Samsung mobile customers in Muscat by offering a world-class service and an interactive consumer experience. We have a team of Samsung-trained technicians to understand the various mobile device and consumer issues and provide the best solution to the customers at the quickest possible response time.”
Samsung team visited Oman to inaugurate the refurbished centre and witness the strengthening of cooperation between Belltel and Samsung.
