HM receives call from US President

Muscat: His Majesty the Sultan has received a phone call from the His Excellency President of the United States of America (USA) on Wednesday.

A statement issued online by Oman News Agency (ONA) said, "His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik receives a phone call from His Excellency President Donald Trump, President of the United States of America, during which the strong relations between the two friendly countries in all fields were reviewed, and consultations were made on developments in the region."

"His Excellency the US President expressed his deep appreciation for the cooperation shown by the Sultanate in many areas, while His Majesty the Sultan affirmed the Sultanate’s keenness to continue strengthening the relationship with the United States and pushing it to broader horizons," the statement added.
