Muscat: Parts of the coasts and mountains of Dhofar Governorate are experiencing rain accompanied by active downward winds.
A statement issued online by Oman Meteorology said: "There is an extensive activity of cumulus clouds along the Al Hajar Mountains, scattered thunderstorms at times accompanied by active downward winds and hail, and condensation of low clouds over parts of the coasts and mountains of Dhofar Governorate."
