Person arrested for fraud in Oman

Muscat: A person has been arrested by the Royal Oman Police in Al Buraimi Governorate on charges of fraud and appropriation of funds.

“Al Buraimi Governorate Police Command, in cooperation with the Department of Criminal Inquiries and Investigations at the Muscat Governorate Police Command, arrested a person on charges of fraud and appropriating sums of money from a money exchange shop in the Wilayat of Al Buraimi. The legal procedures against him are completed,” ROP said in a statement.
