Environment Authority thanks citizen for rescuing European honey buzzard

Muscat: The Environment Authority has thanked the citizen who found the injured European honey buzzard and provided it with the necessary care.

"Thank you to the citizen, Talal bin Hamad Al Siyabi, who handed over a European honey buzzard to the Environment Authority. The citizen found the injured bird and provided the necessary care for it," the Environment Authority said in a statement.

The Authority added that the authority values the keenness and cooperation of all in order to protect and preserve wildlife.
