1998 new coronavirus cases, 5 deaths reported in Oman

Muscat: As many as 1998 new cases of coronavirus were registered in Oman, in addition to 5 new Covid-19-related deaths.

This brings the total number of positive Covid-19 cases to 346041 in the Sultanate.

The total number of Covid-19-related deaths reached 4158, the Ministry of Health said.

The Ministry added that 1636 new cases have recovered, bringing the total number to 319220 recoveries.
