Morning Minute - ROP clarifies new NOC rule

ROP. officials reiterate holding an NOC from an ex-employer no longer guarantees expatriates from being able to work again in Oman within two years of exit, unless both old and new sponsors - not company representatives - come in person to the immigration office to sign the NOC for approval from the ROP.
