Zubair Automotive Group participates in 35th Unified Gulf Traffic Week with aim of strengthening public-private partnerships

Muscat: As part of its social responsibility goals, the Zubair Automotive Group took part in the 35th Unified Gulf Traffic Week which was themed "Your Life is a Trust." Through its participation, the Group aims to raise awareness of traffic safety and emphasise the significance of adhering to traffic laws and regulations.

The opening ceremony was held under the patronage of H.E. Sayyid Dr. Munther Al Busaidi, the Vice Chairman of Oman Vision 2040 Implementation Follow-Up Unit. The event also witnessed the presence of many personnel from Sultan’s Armed Forces, Royal Oman Police (ROP), and stakeholders from both the public and private sectors. As part of the event, the ROP hosted an exhibition at the Mall of Oman to raise awareness of the dangers of traffic accidents and their causes.

Mr. Mohammad Al Farei, Chief Operating Officer of the Zubair Automotive Group commended the ROP’s efforts in promoting road safety, saying, “The participation of the Zubair Automotive Group in the Unified Gulf Traffic Week is aimed at strengthening the public-private partnership’s role in instilling a culture of adhering to road safety rules. We also aspire to enhance the collaboration between all segments of the community to achieve the desired objectives of such events. The ultimate goal is to raise public awareness about the importance of following the rules and the positive impact that will have on the individual and society as a whole.”
