Muscat: The Ministry of Labour(MOL), has announced the suspension of call center services for two days, from Sunday, December 31, 2023, due to system maintenance.
MOL said in a statement: "The Ministry of Labour apologizes for the call center disruption on Sunday and Monday due to system maintenance. Normal service will resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2024."
"We welcome inquiries through our social media accounts and dedicated service channels," the Ministry added.
