Woman dies after being swept away in a valley in Al Dakhiliyah

Muscat: A woman who was swept away in a valley in the Wilayat of Izki, Al Dakhiliyah Governorate has been found dead.

The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) said in a statement: "Rescue teams from the Civil Defence and Ambulance Department in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate responded on Monday, February 12, 2024 evening to an accident in which a vehicle with four people in it drifted in a valley in the Wilayat of Izki. Three people were rescued and are in good health. One woman was found dead this morning."
