Oman crime: Six arrested for robbery, impersonating as policemen

Muscat: Six people have been arrested in Dhofar on charges of robbery and impersonating police officers, the Royal Oman Police (ROP) reported on Wednesday.
The accused entered a house late at night after convincing the occupant they were police officials, before robbing and threatening him, according to police.
Four Asians arrested
Meanwhile, four Asians were arrested on Wednesday for attempting to leave the country without proper papers, Royal Oman Police (ROP) reported.
The accused were held at Khasab Airport pending further inquiries.
