Muscat: The wilayats of South Al Sharqiyah Governorate have witnessed heavy to moderate rainfall on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
Heavy to moderate rainfall was witnessed in the wilayats of Sur, Al Kamil and Al Wafi, Jalan Bani Bu Hassan, Jalan Bani Bu Ali and Masirah.
The coastal areas overlooking the Arabian Sea and the Sea of Oman also witnessed heavy to moderate rainfall, affected by the weather conditions of ‘Al-Sayyal’ depression that has affected the atmosphere of the Sultanate of Oman, with a rise in sea level.
