Muscat: In a gesture of compassion and celebration, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, the Supreme Commander, has issued a special royal pardon for 305 inmates convicted of various offenses.
This pardon coincides with the 11th of January, marking the anniversary of His Majesty's assumption of power in the country.
