Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister, on Tuesday received Albert Samaha, Ambassador of the Lebanese Republic, to bid him farewell upon the completion of his diplomatic mission.
During the meeting, Sayyid Badr expressed appreciation for the ambassador’s efforts in strengthening cooperation and fraternal relations between the two countries, wishing him continued success in his future assignments.
The Foreign Minister also received Khalid Mohammed Abdul Halim, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt, to bid him farewell as his diplomatic assignment concludes.
Sayyid Badr acknowledged the ambassador’s tangible contributions in enhancing bilateral cooperation and fraternal ties between the two nations, extending his best wishes for future success.
The meetings were attended by Sheikh Omar bin Faisal Al Marhoon, Head of the Arab Department at the Foreign Ministry.
