The second meeting was held in the city of Gdańsk, Republic of Poland, with the participation of delegations from 49 countries worldwide.
The meeting aimed to follow up on preparations for the World Jamboree, exchange experiences and ideas, enhance communication among delegation leaders, and update countries on the latest developments in preparation for the global event.
The meeting's agenda included introductory sessions about the site that will host the Jamboree's activities, and discussions on key themes such as health and medical safety services, participant security, procedures related to safeguarding, registration and accreditation mechanisms, and arrangements for transportation, accommodation, and food distribution within the sub-camps.
