HM the Sultan issues three Royal Decrees

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday issued three Royal Decrees reading as follows:

Royal Decree No. (97/2025) ratifies the agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on mutual waiving of visas for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports, signed in Muscat on 26 October 2025, reading as follows:

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No. (98/2025) ratifies the agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Belarus on mutual waiving of visas, signed in Minsk on 6 October 2025, reading as follows:

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.

Royal Decree No. (99/2025) ratifies the agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Belarus on international road transport of goods, signed in Minsk on 6 October 2025, reading as follows:

Article (1) ratifies the aforementioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.

Article (2) says that this Royal decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
