HM the Sultan receives greetings from Their Highnesses, Their Excellencies, citizens

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has received cables of greetings on the occasion of the glorious National Day from the following:

- HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs.

- Sayyid Khalid bin Hilal Al Busaidi, Minister of the Diwan of Royal Court.

- Gen. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Nu’amani, Minister of the Royal Office, Head of the Office of the Supreme Commander.

- Sheikh Abdulmalik bin Abdullah Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council.

- Khalid bin Hilal Al Maawali, Chairman of the Shura Council.

- Lt. Gen Hassan bin Mohsin Al Shuraiqi, Inspector General of Police and Customs.

- Lt. Gen Said bin Ali Al Hilali, Head of the Internal Security Service.

His Majesty has also received greetings on this glorious occasion from some of their highnesses members of the Royal Family, Al Busaid dignitaries, ministers, advisors, commanders of the Sultan's Armed Forces, Royal Oman Police, and other security services, as well as members of the State Council and the Shura Council, undersecretaries, ambassadors, sheikhs, dignitaries and loyal citizens from various segments of society.

In their cables, the well-wishers expressed their heartfelt sentiments, praying to the Almighty Allah to safeguard Oman and grant His Majesty the Sultan success to realize further achievements.
