Deputy PM for Defence affairs meets Lebanese Minister of National Defence

Muscat-- HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs, met today at Al Alam Palace with Major General Michel Mansi, Minister of National Defence of the Lebanese Republic. This meeting took place within the framework of the official visit of President General Joseph Aoun of the Lebanese Republic, to the Sultanate of Oman.

During the meeting, they reviewed the good fraternal bilateral relations linking the Sultanate of Oman and the Lebanese Republic, in addition to discussing a number of issues of mutual interest and areas of existing military cooperation between the two countries' defense ministries and ways to enhance them to serve mutual interests.
