Two African nationals held with drugs in Seeb

Muscat: Two Individuals of African nationality were arrested by the Directorate General for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, in cooperation with the Directorate General of Customs, in the Wilayat of Al Seeb.

The arrest took place while they were receiving a suspicious package arriving from an East Asian country, which contained quantities of marijuana intended for trafficking and consumption.

Legal procedures are currently being completed against them.
