Khasab: As part of the Social Housing Programme, 17 residential units were recently handed over to eligible citizens within the context of Kuwair Residential Scheme project being implemented in Kumzar village, Wilayat of Khasab, Musandam Governorate.
The ceremony also saw the granting of 30 residential land plots to citizens and the signing of 8 investment usufruct contracts within the project scheme.
The ceremony was held under the auspices of Dr. Khalfan Said Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, in the presence of Sayyid Ibrahim Said Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam.
The project contributes to the activation of the local economy and encourages the participation of the private sector in developing villages and generating employment opportunities.
