Ramadan working hours announced in Oman

Muscat: Official working hours for administrative units of the State’s civil apparatus during the blessed month of Ramadan for the year 1447 AH have been set at five continuous hours per day.

According to the announcement, government civil entities will operate from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm throughout the holy month.

In the private sector, Muslim employees will work up to six hours per day, not exceeding 30 hours per week, in line with regulations observed during Ramadan.
