
MUSCAT: Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council, strongly condemned the brutal targeting of fuel tanks at the Port of Salalah in the Sultanate of Oman.
In a statement, Al-Budaiwi expressed strong condemnation of the attack, stressing the GCC’s full solidarity with Oman in all measures it takes to preserve its security, stability and territorial integrity.
He reiterated the firm position of GCC member states in rejecting and condemning all acts of aggression that affect the security of GCC countries, target their vital facilities, or threaten the safety of citizens and residents across the region.
