What Is It?
Ugali is seafood served with white polenta and is the most common dish in Kenya. It is served with seafood, meat or mashed vegetables. Made of cornmeal, millet flour, and cassava flour, this is boiled in water or milk to get soft and mushy dough like consistency. The seafood side dish is prawns cooked in a coconut based curry mixed with spinach served with a tangy sauce.
