Muscat: The Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is closely monitoring the condition of Omani citizen Dr. Hamed bin Saad bin Salem Al-Huzaili, who was injured in the attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh on Saturday, October 10, 2026.
His Excellency Mr. Najib bin Hilal bin Saud Al-Busaidi, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and members of the embassy's diplomatic staff visited him to check on his well-being and assess his health.
The embassy affirms its continued monitoring of his condition, in coordination with the relevant authorities in the Kingdom, and its commitment to providing all necessary care and attention to Omani citizens.
The embassy also expresses its sincere thanks and appreciation to the government of the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the care and attention it has provided, and for the swift response and cooperation of the relevant authorities in handling the case. The embassy wishes the Omani citizen a speedy recovery.
