Muscat: For 52-year-old Zakir Hussain, who is an electronics engineer by profession, capturing wildlife and scenery is a passion.

A resident of Oman for the last 25 years, Hussain religiously goes outdoors every week to click at least 30 pictures.
**media[513328]**“Photography is my passion. I love to capture scenery and wildlife. We have a group called the Salalah Photography Club. There are around 100 members. At least a dozen of us go out every week to click our best shots,” Hussain, who started taking an interest in photography three decades back, told the Times of Oman.
However, Hussain has not sent his pictures to any competition as he still believes he is learning the nuances of photography and his pictures are not of a competitive standard.

“I click pictures for my passion. I love to. I am not very interested in competing.” The photographer hails from the south Indian state of Kerala and works as business development executive with Al Kiyumi Electronics.
