Oman education: SQU graduation ceremony to be held on Sunday

Muscat: Honoured by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Salmi, Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs will patronise on Sunday over the graduation ceremony of Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) 27th batch of bachelor degree students, the 21st batch of master degree and the 8th batch of PH Degree.
The SQU will celebrate the graduation of 519 students of the college of Arts and Social Sciences, including 442 graduates with bachelor degree, 71 graduates with master degree and 6 graduates with PHD degree.
In all 349 students will graduate from the College of Economics and Political Sciences, including 316 graduates with bachelor degree, 33 with master degree. 476 students will graduate from the College of Education, including 339 graduates with bachelor degree and 137 graduates with master degree, while 159 students will graduate from the College of Law, including 139 with bachelor degree and 26 with master degree. All scientific and humanities colleges will celebrate graduation of 2,344 students with bachelor degree, 338 with master degree and 26 students with PH Degree.
