Oman's Dar Al Atta'a to run 'Help our Neighbours' campaign for Yemen through August

Muscat: A campaign in aid of people in Yemen who had to migrate from their homes and had lost their jobs will continue throughout August, according to the organisers.
The “Help Our Neighbour” campaign, launched by Dar Al Atta’a in association with Oman Charitable Organisation, aims at gathering funds and receiving voluntary contributions for the affected people in Yemen.
Dar Al Atta’a will hand over the donations to Oman Charitable Organisation which on its behalf will coordinate with the competent authorities in Yemen to distribute aid depending on priorities and necessities.
Donations can be made through bank transfers to the allocated account No: 0315003966850059 in Bank Muscat. And online through www.donate.omdaralatta, or by donating personally at Dar Al Atta’a headquarters in Bausher, Commercial District (Al Hay Al Tejari) Building No. 117.
Dar Al Atta’a volunteers are going to be present in shopping centres during the weekends to gather donations. Announcements about the locations and times will be made through the organisation’s social media accounts.
Furthermore, Dar Al Atta’a has announced that it will receive relief material, new or used, but in good condition including covers, blankets, dry canned food material edible for a duration not less than six months, clothes, first aid material, medical equipment and toys etc.
These material can be handed over at the Dar Al Atta’a headquarters in Bausher or at the its store in Ruwi.
