Fresh mango mint lemonade is a perfect refreshing drink for Ramadan. You can always treat your family with this drink.
Ingredients
• 1 large mango
• 1/2 cup mint
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 3 big lemons, squeezed
• 21/2 cups water
• Ice to serve
• Club soda or sparkling water
Preparation
• Cut the mango roughly.
• Mix all the above ingredients except ice and soda and blend well.
• Add more sugar if required. Strain to remove fibres if you are using other mangoes besides Alphonso mangoes.
• Now it’s time to arrange your glasses. First put ice cubes then pour the mixture then top up with club soda or sparkling water.
• Finally garnish it with mint leaves.
