Masjid Salem Bin Said Al Rawahi is a concrete beauty that sports a rare colour palette that combines pink and peachy orange on the outside, and intricate designs on the inside. The place is graced with Islamic carvings, contemporary art, and a contrasting, flashy blue dome that makes it one of the best domes, visually.

Ingredients
• 250g flour
• 15g yeast
• 1 tablespoon butter
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• Salt as per taste
• Water as required
For filling
• 2 chicken breasts, cut in strips
• 3 tablespoons yoghurt
• 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
• Salt
• 2 tomatoes sliced
• 1 onion sliced
• Iceberg half bunch
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
• Butter papers as required
Preparation
In a bowl mix flour, yeast, butter, egg, sugar, salt and knead with water. Make a dough and cover with plastic foil and keep aside for 20 minutes. Now form small balls from dough and make small chapattis and shallow fry. Keep aside. Sauté chicken strips in little oil. Add yoghurt, crushed red pepper, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well on low heat till dry. Keep aside.
Assemble the roll
Now put prepared chicken in each chapatti, onion rings, tomato slices, chopped iceberg lettuce, little mayonnaise and ketchup as required. Fold and wrap in butter paper and serve hot.
