16,000 bottles of alcohol seized at Oman port

Muscat: More than 16,000 alcohol bottles were seized at Hafeet Port by customs authorities, police said.

In a statement, Oman Customs said: “Customs at Hafeet port thwart the smuggling of more than 16,000 bottles of alcoholic beverages hidden tightly in a water cooler and juice.”
