Madayn organises three-day training programme

Muscat: The Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), organised a training programme entitled ‘Finance for Non-Finance Professionals’ as part of its constant efforts to develop its human cadres in the various industrial cities.
The three-day programme aimed at equipping participants with the necessary knowledge, skills and tools in the field of finance, and highlighting the significance of effective decision-making abilities relating to financial activities.
The training programme aimed at familiarising the participants with the financial framework, the required skills to understand financial data, procedures of the components associated with working capital management, capital budgets and their evaluation criteria, procedures for budgetary control, procedures of dealing with periodic performance reports of budgetary control, among other objectives.
