ROP arrests 25 infiltrators

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) arrested 25 infiltrators on board a boat in the south Al Batinah Governorate. The infiltrators are Asians.
The ROP said in an online statement, "Police boats arrested a smuggling boat in Wilayat of Shinas on board 25 infiltrators of Asian nationalities, and the legal processes are underway."
The police has urged the people to provide more cooperation with the legal authorities to combat this phenomenon through prompt reporting on such cases via 9999.
